Updating Flash

I am using Dolphin browser HD on robeet's Brilliant Corners 1.3.1 with. Flash 10.3. When visiting certain websites with embedded video I get "must update adobe flash to play video". Can I update adobe flash on a froyo based rom?
Asus Transformer Infinity TF700 32gb unlocked, rooted, CROMI 3.4.6
Viewsonic G-tab (BL1.2 ROM) SmoOth Bean 1.5.2
Acer Iconia a100 Rooted and Unlocked bootloader. Just in case I want to install a custom Rom:D
