I noticed that my WoPad is taking around 3 minutes when booting up. Anyone else facing this issue?

Nope, mine boots within a minute and thirty seconds. Are you on a stock firmware or Roman modified? Maybe you should reflash your device?

Yes, I was using the stock firmware. I am now on a modified rooted firmware which came from both lefeudedieu and Roman along with some APKs that I use often.

move all application whit link2sd on sdcard will boot in 1 min or so

I too had problems for a very long time to load I used another RK29xxLoader which is newer, now my device is loaded with the 36 40 seconds)
