Is there any way to make use of the front facing camera to have a video chat with someone?

Google+ shows video but the invitation for chat won't work.

Is there any workaround?

I haven't tried it because here it says it doesn't (for outgoing)

It's not working. Nor are the other modified versions I tried from xda.

I think it's our firmware that needs correction
