First off, I really did try to find the answer to this question before posting. It has to be here but I cant find it.
My White PDN was reflashed with the latest Pandigital firmware the other day. Now, sometimes when I try downloading and installing an app, I receive an error message that says there was a problem parsing the file. I get a "Parsing Error".
Will someone explain what this means and a possible reason it is happening and if there is something I can do to correct the problem?
Thanks a bunch for your help.

It generally means the app is not compatitble with your version of android. The WPDN runs android 2.0. With Kewlguy's FW mod, or by flashing his SDK 7 prop build SD card enhancement, you may be able to run an android 2.1 app. Most markets will tell you the android compatibility of apps.
