Whats the worst that can happen? Is it possible that it wont boot and i wont be bale to re-flash it?

Since you are already on an ICS ROM, there shouldn't be any problem flashing back to the 0109 ICS. I would just be worried if you had a non-""F"/eb version tablet that had really old firmware on it (as reading through this forum, it seems that's when many people had problems updating)......
