I found this LY-F1 Tablet PC 7 Inch Android 2.3 New 1.2GHz CPU 8GB 2160P HDMI White
it seems like a re-branded Ainol novo 7 advance, I wonder if it will be compatible with firmwares?
Anyway I want to give max $120 what do you think?

Why buy a generic manufacturer tablet when you can buy a Onda VX 610W for $115 shipped at Merimobiles?
In addition Onda has already released ICS 4.0 for _all_ of their A10 tablets, and it is available on the Onda website.

Also supports ICS, has a front facing camera for skype. Also a larger manufacturer so more likely better support
Teclase P76Ti review
In addition to this a custom ROM has shown up which is usually a good sign.
Note the bad viewing angle complained about is apparently on most of the 7inch tablets I know of. The only ones I know that are not bad are the IPS 7 inchers like the Kindle Fire or Galaxy 7.0, and the 4:3 7 inchers like the vi20w. It certainly is bad on the Novo7A as well.

I bought 4 LY-F1s for my kiddoes for Christmas.... and they advertise 1.2 GHz but when i got mine the label said 1.5.. who knows? i rooted them and changed the launcher to speed it up... games run very well and had no problems at all... great buy IMO...

I am quite concerned about the battery life. The novo 7a can last over 8 hours in video mode can you tell me more about this tablet?
TIA.
