Flashed GAPP, did the 2.11 update. Signed into market with a gmail account then I get the "no matching content in the Android market". Please help, I'm sure that someone has market working or has Android found a way to lock us all out?

Try this as a work around. Go to Market, then search for an app. It'll work from the search engine, but not the main page.

That worked on my nieces. Then a few days later, it fixed itself and now works fine.

If you mean search by going to a genre of app then typing in a name then I've tried it and it does the same message.

I had to set the clock back one day to get Market to take on mine after flashing Kewl Guy's 2.2.1 FW ... I did it almost immediately so I don't know how that will work out if it's been over a day since you originally tried it

I am having the same problem. This flash worked for me in the past, so I'm assuming Google changed something that stops the methods used in this flash from working.

I have tried all the work-arounds, create a second Google id, search from the search bar, download an app right away, they all fail.

I have seen the Market install on the 2.2 Beta work, it does not show all application though, and I am not ready to make the move to 2.2.

I was hoping the person who created the flash might have a chance to look at it.

Amazon's App Store apk seems to work okay, so I have been using it, but I would love to have a working Android Market. I've tried everything I can think of, or read on here.

Thank you.

Darius.

Look in the stickied thread at the top of this forum, also read the past 3 or 4 pages for the market fix as it broke this week.

Phone.apk and TelephonyProvider.apk are required for Market without Clockwox mod. However they bombed out because we didn't have a real service provider.

I had a full working Market under Gingerbread last week using the Google Apps, randomblame had in his CM7 rom. Downloading was fine for days, not sure about whether all the apps are showing in search thou. I didn't have any Clockwox mods in.

Here is CM7 google apps. I have included all of randomblame CM7 apps that are different than the mini's apps, not sure which ones are needed for GE. I also included the build.prop that worked. Market seems to want you to be legit, and I don't think Pandigital is. It has SDK set to 9, gingerbread, that might be required for the google apps to load?? Play with this and the worst case you need to reflash.

I also included an org SH20 framework.jar (non-clockwox). Find an Eclair, Phone.apk and TelephonyProvider.apk, throw those 3 files in and see if Market connects right.

Sorry I can't be much more help. :(

I got it to search and pull apps for manual download. Just three lines worked for me in the build.prop :)
