Greetings everybody. I've found this forum to be really useful, containing lots of information pertaining to my recently acquired tablet. I might ashamedly admit that I might not have posted had I not run into trouble so getting past this 3 post limit so I can ask away what worries me would be awesome.

PS: in case one of the mods or someone who reads this is familiar to the issue: after flashing android 4.0.3 (v.1.5) on an Onda Vi30, i've lost the recovery partition. The tab boots up properly and I have a working, rooted OS, but I can't boot into recovery to update it to 4.1.1. I've read about this issue but I couldn't find an answer.

Luckily, the build i've loaded is rooted so at least I can use terminal emulator. I've installed the "flash_image" command but I'm still looking for a working recovery image for the onda vi30. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
