Hello and welcome new SlateDroid members!

I am trying to eliminate confusion as to where your replies belong for approval.
The blog post requires no approval, so multiple posting there is not helping you
to acquire your junior status.

Please reply to this or any one of the hello threads. Then go to one of the
forum posts that interests you and make an on-topic reply there.
Your posts
will not show up until a moderator approves them. Please be patient. It may
take a few minutes or a couple hours for your posts to show up on the board.

Please Note: Multiple (duplicate), or totally ridiculous posts, will be deleted and may
lead to account suspension.

Thank you and have fun!

Hi,
My name is Sampatt. I recently received a Pan digital Tablet as a gift. I have the black version. I am on the site to learn more about the Pan digital and using the upgrade with the Barnes and Noble icon. I have successfully changed the Pan digital to an android. I am not able to get the BN icon to use as a tablet and e-reader at the same time.

I believe forums are great and I can't wait to learn more and share my experiences.

Hey All,
I'm Khyren. I have a bad habit of tinkering with software. I just bought a generic MID 7" tablet from ###########...aaaand I discovered it was a fake flytouch. I tried to update, bricked the tab and now I'm attempting to unbrick. Before coming to SlateDroid, I had NO CLUE on how to mod firmware, etc. but after a long night (last night), I have a pretty good working knowledge of how to mod tablets. I just need to find the right firmware. I'm going to head over to the flytouch forum. By the way, is there a command-like software that I can use on my pc to modify the tablet script folder? I've been trying to mod codes on wordpad and it's entirely too confusing.

Thanks SlateDroid for enlightening me!

I just received my Superpad Google Android--I've got it running but many aspects for getting and installing apps are unclear. Rooting and flashing are new terms to me that I find confusing. The manual that came with it was quite sketchy. I'm hoping this site will help me get through this.

Welcome Archie Beck.

Please find other topics to reply in. I find triple introductions to be redundant. Therefore, I did not approve your other two introduction attempts.

Thanks for your cooperation.

Hi there
I just got the epad, I have no idea for the model, I'd like to findout how to get that info. I'd been using Linux for a while, and in centain way I'm a little excited about the things I could do by using my knowledge on this device.
