One very interesting thing is the battery looks 2X bigger than battery in Wopad i7. I am now thinking much better battery life on Novo 7A because of bigger battery. Wopad put somewhat smaller battery in the i7. Someone said i7 battery measured 1500mah and not 3000+ mah as claimed.
Edit: compare that to 4000mah battery in the NOVO 7A and you can easily see why the 7A gets very long battery life. =)

*MINIX NEO X5 (RK3066) - OK. Not fun because uses mouse cursor.
*YUANDAO N80 DUAL (RK3066) - Very good
*CUBE U30GT (RK3066)- Defective; buttons broke in 2-3 weeks; Bad quality control!!! I will never buy a Cube again!!! - Very good while working
*WOPAD I7 (RK2918)- About OK. Sluggish because has weaker ARM chip (RK2918) & less RAM (512 MB).

7A seems to come with 8GB NandFlash standard which is great compared to smaller 4GB standard size on most other tablets.

Using the link appearing in this thread, I have downloaded these disassembling instructions making a PDF. The PDF is attached here.
The source (in chinese) is:

I did my best using Google translator and correcting some obvious errors.

Thanks Kennyr for your comment.
About the charge problem: my vendor changed the tablet. Now I have another one (NOVO 7 Advanced also) and it seems behaving correctly
"Warranty" and "support" are very subjective terms and very relative terms.
I had better support from a person (not an enterprise or a shop) who is importing machines than the support some people receive from sellers (based on the comments I have read in this forum).
As for department stores here in Colombia, "warranty" means you must speak with the brand representative if the device you bought has any defect and the representative takes some time to answer (several days). A lot of bureaucracy... and mediocre customer service.
Thanks for your interest and best wishes.

It's always nice to know whats inside our N7A tablet, as it looks to be set-out well and not just chucked together, like some cheap tablets, we know.
Yes the battery looks to be a fair old size, in the case, which is a bonus.

Just wanted to say thanks so much for that. My beloved 7a got dropped on the floor while plugged into some speakers, so need to repair the jack socket. That PDF was perfect!!
