but with the new firmware in their website (use only 2.3, ICS not rootable, but able to disable the bloatware) i'm able to root it and uninstall the bloatware... freeing up to around 200-220Mb of memory compared to around 100Mb on stock firmware.

I have an n12 deluxe (the model with the three capacitive buttons) and ICS 4.0.3.
I downloaded the latest firmware:

[N12 Deluxe Edition-4.03-20,120,223-ALL-official version of the firmware. Zip no distinction between]
Android market fails to download anything. Can this be fixed ?

It's pretty much the stock rom, just rooted, removed chinese apps, English default, density changed to 140dpi, heapsize of 64, app storage space of 1GB and enabled gpu hw acceleration for UI.

I forgot to include the drivers in the above file
Here is the flashing guide
and remember, even if I've performed this and worked it may not work for you and I will not be held responsible if something goes terribly wrong

I have the tablet Window N12 deluxe with android version 4.0.3.
I installed the 4.0.3 firmware from 4.03-20120223-ALL
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
The tablet works OK but I want to root it and was not able to get the ADB drivers to work. None of the ADB commands pass to the tablet. I get the error "device not found".
- Is there a way to root this tablet without using the ADB drivers?
- Is there a rooted firmware that I can flash?
thanks
mike
P.S. here is my detailed problem description:
