Just seen the topic in question up on XDA. It's quite shocking how someone can try to pass off someone else's work as their own so blatantly, they didn't even upload it to another server or host to try and hide this fact cos if you hover over the link you can clearly see it is Fard's work and that it is actually for the Hannspad. It must be infuriating for this sort of thing to happen, especially as Fard's is spending a lot of his own time selflessly developing this for the benefit of the community. I hope this doesn't discourage you in anyway from continuing with the rom just cos of some numpty lol. I know I speak for everyone else on this site when I say that we are all extremely grateful for all your hard work and that you deserve some donations from ppl for it all

The topic over at xda is now closed. I want to apologize for fueling the fire in that topic with my post of saying that it works on the gtab. Fards, I completely support your development and I can't wait to see the finished product!

Will you keep working off your git repo? Forcing people to build a kernel is a nice barrier to entry to keep silly people away...

Imho let them crash and burn ;)

I love the work you (and all the other contributors) did!

I'm quite impressed by the quality of this alpha test, it's quite a lot of fun to play around with. It's to bad I have a lot of other stuff to do but I'll make sure that a donation will find your way

its a good idea making everything a update so then the untalented people who steal work have to list the rom with a load of updates because they cant merge them all into one rom becuase they dont have the brain power haha

Great work fards!

This is actually usable for browsing and playing videos if you use headphones.

Can someone recommend a video player that takes advantage of the Tegra 2 HW acceleration?

Thanks for the hard work Fards, really appreciate all you've done. I'm running your alpha build and I realize we still have a long road ahead of us but is it correct that wifi is not working a 100%? It seems to have a fairly stable connection but the data throughput is really slow (buffering a Youtube vid takes ages, for example). Not complaining at all, just pointing it out :)

edit: Oh and, wake works beautifully! (much better than it did for me on FB and GtabComb)

edit 2: and the bottom left side of the hannspad gets quite warm, probably the tegra right?

edit 3: copying data over usb to internal mem is also slow, could it be that it's not actually the wifi being slow but the internal memory? (that would explain youtube buffering and market as well)

have you used the latest kernel? the one I said disables the Yaffs checks so speeds up memory and changes power.

as it is, I'm not interested in improving things that work till its feature complete, then I can start to make improvements.
