Looked at some other posts and someone had luck pressing and holding the power button a number of times. Tried that and it FINALLY came back on!! Had to reset everything but it is back.

I contacted Skytex and they sent me instructions for re-loading the firmware. That brought it back to life. Not sure what caused it to die on me. I sent the next day reloading all of my apps.

I dropped my Alpha2, it was working perfectly before, but now the colors have split and there is a shadow-like effect with the blue and red hues and the touchscreen does not respond. the screen looks normal if I squeeze it a little, but nothing I do makes the touchscreen work again. How can I get this repaired? Would I be better off just buying a new one? I feel pretty stupid..the one time I didn't have it in a case, of course I dropped it. I totally wish I could blame it on the kids, but no such luck LOL.Thanks in advance.

sudden slow down. everything was running absolutely perfect after the ICS update and I had all my applications running smoothly. However, after about 3-4 days, my tablet started to move along like a snail. Screen transitions rarely occur, opening up the menu takes about half a minute, opening most applications take a minute or more. Is this a known issue?
