FLYMID board help

Hi,

Anyone have a image or a 2.3 firmware for FLYMID board, I have not had any luck finding one anywhere.

I also have a MID 816 with the Samsung S5PV210AH-A0 proccessor on a FLYMID board. Have been trying for a few days now to get a ROM or F/W upgrade to work with no success. Will not update via Fastboot so am trying to flash the SD Card directly but am having no success. Anyone willing or able to provide some guidance or direction for this board?

Okay have found our board and specs at www.flymid.com.

Our (mine) is a FC 7080MID. It uses a different type of bootloader than the Focus and Bena boards so we are still going to be limited on how much we can upgrade unless one of these fine programers decides to jump in and provide some help. I am not that great at programming but I would be more than willing to provide all the code and test anything they come up with.

Anyway, the following are the files you will need to upgade your device to Android 2.2 build 160. Not the biggest jump in system but did allow me market access now and office funcionality.

I hope this helps all the people with FLYMID boards in thier MID 816 devices.

somebody have the imagen for flymid board ???? i try gingerbread 2.3 and don't work ....my daughter is driving me crazy with his tabelt any help will be grateful thanks micho

Just stumbled upon this, managed to get the update pack installed like you explained above thanks.

Have you had any luck finding custom roms for this device as the stock one is still really bad even after the update!

Here is the latest response I got from Merimobiles.com to my question of getting a 2.3 firmware

"sorry sir ,the mid816 factory had closed down.we cant connect them.so no way to get the firmware. i think the os 2.2 is good and very stable.

Hopefully someone here can help us out, but I am starting to lose hope...
