Hi all, just wondering what sort of battery life you're all getting?
I'm running the 810 gingerbread firmware, and I can give it a full charge before bed, but in the morning it's flat!
Wifi is off (airplane mode), screen off, I have disabled all the phone functions as per the FAQ.
I also have an Archos 101, and it lasts for almost a week if it's left asleep!

Any ideas?

Turn it off when you're not using it and it will last for quite a while, sleep mode doesn't turn all the background processes off.

Obviously that's one option, but the alarm function for the wife kinda relies on the thing being on.
Flat in 4-5 hrs of standby/sleep seems pretty poor. Even with minimal system processes running.
I'll have to start digging into which processes/wakelocks are sucking the battery life I think.

Hello ijust got my t9 from merimobiles
And it at charging for 24 hours when i unplug the charger
adaptor batery level drops from 100 to 69 percent.

Merimobiles says it is a sw problem i say battery is faulty
what level of charge ar you getting in your t9?

Mine was showing 100% after charging & unplugging the charger, but would lose charge quite quickly.
If I left it on overnight, display off, wi-fi off, airplane mode, by morning it would be flat!
By contrast, if I leave my Archos 101 in the same state, the battery will last for more than 1 week! Even my android phone
lasts longer than the t9 and it has all the phone/data services on all the time.
Even if I completely turn the t9 off the battery only lasts for 1-2 days at most.
Right now my t9 is on its way back to the factory. It got to the point where charge would only last a few
hours in standby, and then it would not charge at all. Now it has no power, wont turn on - dead!
Hopefully the replacement will be better... we'll see.
