Stuttering Youtube Videos

Hi All

I have an M10 and am pleased with it so far but I can't get any youtube videos to play without stuttering. I use 3G but it also happens on a strong wifi reception. I have installed Flash 10.3 but still the same.

Any suggestions?

When I open video in you tube its narrowed. What to do?
