nice. haven't upgraded yet. what size is swap? i've tried 64mb and 128mb. the latter works the best for me. i use Scripts Manager Ads from the Market to autorun the script at boot time.

This is 64MB at the minute, and for startup this uses autostart.

Like Nomadman said, we need an optimised kernel. Until then all the optimisations are done via system which isn't very effective. This is one of the reasons I put in the swap script. But I am trying my best.

with 3.1 my touch panel doesnt work now... i cant unlock device... what is this a problem?

request: abtekk can you increase the sd card cache without using an external app???

normal size is 128 kb, (for example autokiller memory optimizer sets it to 256 kb and sd card increase can use 2048 kb maximum). maybe 1024 is the best. or maybe this mod is to be done in the zimage part? i don’t know,

^-- you can use SD Speed Increase to customize cache. but dont forget to disable autokiller sd card optimizer.

it would be nice to have it set to 2048 without a 3rd party app though.

That seems strange, have you tried reflashing? I'll see if I removed something I shouldn't.

I'll see if I can find a script to change the size to 1024, I don't think it is a kernel mod.
EDIT: Yeah it requires some zImage modifications so I'll install Ubuntu and try to compile my own zImage.

Are you sure you are using the correct Kernel? The one included is for the 1024x600 screen, are you sure you don't have the x576? It's odd how only you seem to be having trouble, but I plan on getting it sorted.

UPDATE: I redownloaded the package and reflashed it and my touch screen is still fine, so you have 2 options.
1) Try the x576 kernel.
2) Calibrate the screen before you lock it.

Hi..i manage to flash my 7" zt-180 upad 256 ram 4 gb..with this rom..but replace zimage /zimage_adb /zimage _factory/z_image update/zimage_ums with 0603 stock rom.everything is ok except..ext sd card cannot detect , market not working and when open music need to represent sd card...others working great ,anything i can do to fix this..thank you

i calibrate it but again dont work... anyways... im using mouse, so...
i download 3.5 pack but archive is broken... is says unknown method

May be Abtekk has used a newer version of ZIP to compress the archive. Is your WinRAR updated?

Your sdcard.img is corrupt. The best way to fix it is remove all the files from the zt-update folder except "zImage_update" and flash it again. Then it will rebuild your sdcard.img and everything should be hunkydory.

I used 7zip to compress with the LZMA method (so it compresses more) so try using 7zip to extract, or update winRAR. I'll change the link if people are having trouble.

I used 7zip to compress with the LZMA method (so it compresses more). I'll change the link.

There is no RS option on multiupload anymore, and I don't have a premium rapidshare account to upload to.
