Error 22 when trying to upgrade to 16G micro SD

I bought a HT_Pad 1051 Tianfeng build tablet a few months ago and trying to upgrade the internal SD card.
It came with the 20110311 firmware on a 4 G card. No problems opening the case with ipod opening tools.
I had constant 256 errors upgrading to a 8G card until the 256-error-8GB-HT-PAD-1051-Tianfeng-FW-Upgrade-Pack was released.
I currently have a working Singularity v5 firmware on a 8G card.
I have continued to try a 16 G Card but get constant 22 errors - log as below:

I've been using a Kingmax 16 G card, cleaned with diskpart, using the 16GB-HT-PAD-1051-Tianfeng-FW-Upgrade-Pack.
I've tried a few different firmware upgrade packs using the 16G fdiskcmd.txt (instead of the 8 G).
Apart from trying a different SD card brand, I'm uncertain what to try next or will I have to accept a 8 G card upgrade?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
Regards
Mark

I would suggest to use a different Brand. I mainly use Verico and Transcend! No problems with them (for me)!

Thanks for your reply.
I'm in the process of transferring files from a 16 G Team group card. I'll give this card a go.
Thanks again

Try flashing your 16GB card in this order:
256-error-8GB-HT-PAD-1051-Tianfeng-FW-Upgrade-Pack
16GB-HT-PAD-1051-Tianfeng-FW-Upgrade-Pack
HP Touchpad 32GB running Dual Boot WebOS 3.0.3 and CM7.1 Alpha

I've continued to try a 16G Team Grp SD card.
Continuing to get error 22.
I tried the sequence:
256-error-8GB-HT-PAD-1051-Tianfeng-FW-Upgrade-Pack
16GB-HT-PAD-1051-Tianfeng-FW-Upgrade-Pack
Just got error 22 on both flashes.
? wondering what error 22 means.
Unless there are other suggestions, I just leave it with a 8G Card.
Thanks Mark

Did you remove the SD card partitions in Windows Disk Management?

Thanks for your reply.
I re-tried the sequence on a "cleaned" 16G card thru diskpart:
256-error-8GB-HT-PAD-1051-Tianfeng-FW-Upgrade-Pack
16GB-HT-PAD-1051-Tianfeng-FW-Upgrade-Pack
I got further than before. The flashes would freeze at the end requiring the tablet to be reset.
When the tablet is started it would freeze at "ANDROID_" flashing cursor stage.
I'm reluctant to buy a 16G sandisk card as I have a few 16G cards now.
I guess I'll stick with the 8G Card that I flashed with the 256-error-8GB-HT-PAD-1051-Tianfeng-FW-Upgrade-Pack
Thanks Mark

It's just by pure chance I purchased a 16GB SanDisk SD card it's quite annoying that the Freescale install tools are intollerant of other vendor SD cards but then again this is hardly surprising because everything in their documentation suggests their products are always built using SanDisk storage
I have one other suggestion which is based on some work by Muxa52 on the Russsian 4pda.ru forums, this approach uses a Linux shell script to replace the different fdiskcmd.txt files, automatically picks up the SD card size and paritions it accordingly, however I have not tested it as I have never been able to simulate erorr 22:

I had a look with google translate - tried one download without success.
I've ordered a 16G Sandisk card for about 22 AU dollars - should get it next week.
I'll update when I've tried to flash.
Thanks again

I've been able to flash with the Russion tool with a Gpad firmware.
Only problem is the camera doesn't work but then again with the Singularity v5 on the tablet the camera doesn't work either
