I have a 7"Google Anadriod 2.2 tablet WM VIA8650, can you help me unbrick the same....it starts and the android symbol also shows up post which i see UBEROID but thats it nothing beyond that...the UBERIOD animation goes on..pls tell me if my tablet is bricked and if yes, a way to unbrick it and have my tablet back...

I found this fix through trial and error after many hours trying many things like repartitioning my SD card etc, the annoying part was it was so easy to fix lol.

First restore everything back to stock using the guide from this page, if you have a 1653 model like me then use this link to replace the thirteen .img files http://minus.com/mFpSbF6qR (Thanks to fards). Access clockworkmod and then choose wipe date/factory reset and then wipe cache partition. That's all I did and it removed all the error messages and when I reinstalled Hannstitian I could download apps from the market once again! I hope this helps someone else who may be tearing their hair out trying to fix this problem like I was. Thanks to chief for supplying the original guide and files too, it helped a lot!

Hey there, I'm having the same error messages as Daz666 in CWM but his solution doesn't work for me...actually I'm wondering how it could work for him since the problem is that the CACHE cannot be mounted so consequently it can't be wiped either. Any ideas?

Current Status: Original ROM from Hannspree Homepage + CWM v2.5.1.1 installed
what happened before: complete wipe + format in CWM, then problem came up, then tried NVFlash restore --> no success, then tried NVFlash destroy + restore --> no success, then did NVFlash destroy + installed CWM + Original ROM + tried Data/Factory Reset & Wipe in CWM (error: can't mount cache) --> Hannspad boots and runs ok, but error message keeps showing up in CWM

Get that alot when I'm breaking and restoring my tablet, to really do away with it you'd have to do yet another complete wipe. Sometimes putting in a microsd card, and then doing a factory wipe fixes it. I reckon sometimes the partition structure isnt written properly and it bugs CWM. Just a guess mind.

I'm new in this forum (sorry for my bad english i'm french lol) and i have a problem with my hannspad tablet. When i boot it, it stays on the boot screen with the hannspad's logo. The problem is that i found differents ways to unbriked it but my USB port is unfortunatly broken. So do you know how i can save my tablet even i think that i can already put it in trash .
