It's been said that this tablet is really cool, but I haven't got my touch on it yet. Probably I would exchange or sell my Flytouch 2 tablet and go to pick this baby.

I have one also but just a newbee to the android scene and doing a lot of reading of the forums; no complaints about the Hannspad.

Yup, got mine early this week and followed the instructions in the Hannspad forum on this site to back it up and then put HannsTitan ROM onto it.

Market is working fine, and I love my Hannspad.

I'm not a social media person, and I don't play games so the primary uses I want for this tablet are:

- Read magazines and ebooks from internal memory or the SD card.
- Play music from my NAS drive
- Play movies from my NAS drive
- Check weather and news

I already have all these functions working to some extent, although I'm trying to figure out how to get a network shared folder to appear as a shortcut on my desktop.

For 150 quid I've got a perfectly functional tablet and had a lot of fun with the modding and "discovery" of Android. Not possible with a "closed system" like an iPad :-)

Just do it - you won't regret it.

i got one, considering its price, it rocks...

brightness and viewing angles are not very special, but 170eu for a dualcore, multitouch tablet that can run honeycomb sweetens the deal quite a bit

Ive got one and am having big issues with it. flash crashes. web pages shut down. no access to market. volume control wont raise if set to zero.

Beginning to wonder how to sort this but am totally perplexed as to what to do.

will have to trawl the site but im not very technical and cant help but think i should return it and wait till a better one is released.

This is not a tablet for the non technical and I am quite annoyed that its sold when it clearly needs reflashing and other stuff as soon as its out of the box.

I find myself using my htc desire to browse the web as i have no issues with that. Apart from the tiny screen

Guess I will be calling ebuyer for a refund.

I think with the recent price drop, the (1653) LED Backlit screen (superior to the Vega) and the quality chipset, this tablet is only going to get better. I was going for the Vega but was let down by the screen and oversized bezel, not to mention that VegaComb is now complete! I mean, where's the fun of seeing the development process and flashing the latest updates to the HC ROMs in search of perfection?? Anyway, mine will be delivered tomorrow so expect an impartial and realistic review posted soon.
