I have a samsung galaxy SPH-P100 and I absolutely love it. As a student I can review notes as pdf and word docs, make flash cards for study and flip through class power points while I'm in line at the store. The graphics are stunning, video is smooth, and with a stylus, drawing apps can use detailing nicely. I am not connected through a service, but I can txt freely through wi-fi, and use talk apps instead of my phone. I download lots of fun apps, and browsing is faster than I expected. However...I'm a bit of an app addict and have found that the 16GB card is rather cramped, and the few 32GB microSDs I have found are on the expensive side. My efforts of storing apps on my PC and switching them out isn't working, but that could be my experience level and not the tablet. Then there's "Samsung"-they are not happy with personal creativity weather its changing an icon or choosing a start screen. The support department offers NO support, and manuals are not very clear for beginners - The apps they provide cannot be removed, and every update places more and more restrictions on the freedoms of choice. I am very attached to my tablet, but I am anxious to figure out how to install a different os.

I bought the Viewsonic G-Tablet last year. And yes, once I flashed a custom ROM on it, it was much nicer

Really I dont know. In my research determined that may be Eken M003 8.0 Inch APAD but I'm not sure. I can say that it is extremely slow and the touch screen is a shame.

I've got the Curtis LT7028. After the firmware update from the manufacturer, it works very well. I am anxiously looking out for a was to upgrade it to 2.2. After that, I'll be able to give it a more proper review.

Hi
Advent Vega bought 2 days ago, installed CM Nightly Build 80 OC'd to 1400. Loving this tablet with CM installed.
Tablet is far better with the new mod than the reviews in the Mobile mags would have you believe.

I have a Witstech A81E, 7" with the last 110221 ROM, very stable, Froyo 2.2 and that's about it I think as interest seems to be waning. The company Witstech seems to move on quickly and forget about their older models (laughs, this is only 6 months old). However, good build quality, replaceable battery, kickstand and a reasonable resistive screen and a lot of apps that run well.

I just got a Archos 7 HT. This thing is really slow, compared to my HTC EVO 4G. Would rooting this and updating the OS speed this thing up? I am new to this forum so I have not done all the reading...yet.

Got my Archos7 HT V2 rooted. I was hoping that it would speed it up but it isn't even fast enough to play a YouTube clip...maybe there is something else that will help, for now I am enjoying playing with it...

I just got a Mid with 7" screen, Adroid 2.2. It was cheap but is good enough for what I need it for. Actually I've enjoyed trying to set it up over the past couple of days.
