Buy.com : http://www.buy.com/p.../220213316.html

Even came pretty fast (less than a week).

I had heard some stories on issues with cheap cables, but this one did work for me. 8 bucks shipped.

Sounds great!

The reason you "hear about issues" with cheap cables is because they want to sell you the the more expensive ones coated with unicorn feathers. :p

Seriously, HDMI is much like USB. Remember when USB first came out? Now I have about 30 mini-usb cables laying around, and they all work.
The quickest way to find any lost gadget or part is to order a replacement.

I was going to buy one there, but given the uncertainty I took a chance on buy.com. But $3 is obviously better then $8, if it works. :)

If anyone else has tried the monoprice one on a Xoom and confirmed its working, that would be great to know. I also heard that monoprice takes a while to ship, I think (maybe coming from Hong Kong?).
