i'm new to the android tablets i was using mine one night reading a book then i turned it off and then tried to turn it back on and all i got was the android not moving but before when it started up it would show loading then the android then would go to the main page of everything now nothing

i downloaded the reset software to see if that could be the problem and that didn't work either plus i've tried the firmware too and nothing happens i've formatted my sd card too before doing both of these things what else could be the problem
