This is the firmware for the VIA MW8505 processor for Model numbers Eken M007 also known as the PC-802 8 inch Apad Google Android 1.6 256MB 2GB camera 1.3 MP

Instruction for how to flash Eken M007/PC-802 with this firmware:

Note: you'd better format your TF card firstly or the device possibly is not able to recognise the card.
1.format your sd /TF card to FAT32 or FAT,
2.you then need to open the downloaded file with 7zip. It will open up into a folder called
"m007_mid8-256M-AppleUI_fake2.0"
open that folder and you get
"m007_mid8-256M-AppleUI."
once again open that folder and you will come to the "script" folder copy this folder across onto the SD/TF card
3. plug your TF card into Eken M007/PC-802.
4. press the power button and the device will identify the firmware and begin to flash automatically.
5. after it has finished the upgrade you will be asked to remove the card and the pad will restart again.
6. done

I have a problem when you install the firmware: Not find Udisk ( dev/sda ) Fail to update filesystem. Exit!

have you loaded this firmware "ePad_ ATz 115f _ OD_ script. 7z" yet? I have used it on three of the PC-802's that were bricked and all came back to life. The only other thing you can try is to Format the main drive on the pad to FAT32 and try and reload.

solution is found:

Там нужно через переходник USB флешку поставить.
Она (прошивка) находит флешку и начинает долго что то писать на нее.
Потом Флешку надо форматировать либо спец утилитой либо на линуксовой машине. Я так делал (не с этой прошивкой).

Oh yeah , I have success TO use OTG & usbDisk to flash "Eken M007/PC-802"
And then Flash "ePad_ ATz 115f _ OD_ script. 7z"
Finally , My pc-802 came back to live ,touch screen\sound\viabration is OK , but it is 7inch' firmware.
