That is my model. Although it has no logo of Gentouch on it ???
I wanted to remove the google account so a factory reset was in order. Worked fine but then afterwards all seemed ok until i noticed battery was low so i put the charger in and it would not recognise the charger being plugged in. Worked fine before the reset. Now the tablet is out of battery and will not power on or respond.
Any help really really appreciated !
