Thanks- But I wasn't looking for another NotionInk review. I have been reading about SO many problems with payments being refused, or devices not received, that I really just wanted a real person to say, "Yes, I did actually but one and I got it and it works." It's good to see that this device is real.
I am wanting one, BAD...

I think NI made a bad choice with CCAvenue, and I've said this a few times on the NIH site. If the USA is their main market, they should have used PayPal.
Devices have definitely shipped to people, but there have also been ordering issues.

Well, all I can say is that i am seriously relieved. I've been reading so many posts about problems and late shipments, that i was beginning to wonder about the product. Can't wait to see your review on usage. It appears to be one of the best tablets so far.
Thanks again-

They couldn't use PayPal as it only accepts payments up to $500 for Indian Merchants and it is also not readily available all over the world.

Do you like the Pixel Qi screen and does it function well in daylight? That is the screen I'm hoping to get. Just got an email from NI so maybe they are going to have another sale soon.

I've got the 3g-Wifi-PixelQi version running Roebeet's most excellent EdenX 2.3.0. I love my Adam, it's not without some issues yet, the GPS lock-on and bluetooth pairing/file transfer issues for example, but these all look to be software/driver issues so no worries there. Now the the PixelQi, well... Its awesome for viewability in different lighting conditions. It does have a pretty narrow viewing angle but I'm usually looking directly at it (holding it or sitting on a stand) so that has not been a problem for me. Comparing it to a regular LCD it is "washed out" color wise but unless I'm actually comparing it to another screen I don't notice it. Outside it is amazing very Kindle/e-ink like. Now that the weather here is warming up I like to sit outside at lunch and read on it and it's great for that. As a "first generation" product I say over all NI has done a good job. There is room for improvement but I have no regrets so far. FYI the rounded, expanded edge does make for a very comfortable holding experience. I also have a gtab (which truely is a sibling (near twin in many respects)) and holding the Adam is much more comfortable over the long haul.
