eken M001 wifi noise on internal speaker

when i enable he wifi then the speaker starts to make ticking noise
and when i download a file its constant
then when i dont do anything its a lot less.

anyone also got the same problem and know a solution?

i also looking for the topic about opening the case that i did not yet find so if anyone want to help ;-)

mine did the same contacted the seller in this case jsm from amazon and they replaced it straight away. also screen orientation wouldn't flip - related to the ticking fault apparently

i sent it back and they shipped me a new one as soon as the fault was verified

ya tengo el mismo problema alguien sabe como solucionarlo o es que actualizando el firmware se arregla??
