I just received three Zentihink zt-180 tablets and two of them worked perfectly, but one just wont work. When I press the power button, the screen is completely black, only the blu LED light goes on.
Does anyone know how I can solve this by myself, without sendint it back? I read something about "openning the tablet yourself and reinserting the display ribbon into the Ruby board or replacing one of the inductors", are there any guides on how to do this?

IF YOU OPEN THE DEVICE, YOUR WARRANTY IS GONE.
But that's what I would do: open the device and check the screen cable is proper set.

You can see at the picture that the cable is fixed with some tape. Below that tape is a connector where the cable has to set in properly. There is a thin black plastic slider which you'll need to slide out a bit, just a few mm. done that you could easy move that screen cable in and out. move it out and back in again in straight order, press it to hold it with one finger and press the slider back in to fix the position.
Connect the Battery and switch the device ON to see the screen works.
For to open the device, remove the MicroSD Card first! on the side opposite the side with the USB and Power plug are 2 small holes on each corner. You need 2 pins to insert for to unlock the case.
If you take a look at the bigger picture, you could see at right side the mechanism and how that works.
Hope that helps.
Any more questions do not hesitate to ask.

Thank you for the quick answer. But im not sure if I understand correctly, what is this blu slider you mention, and what exactly am I supposed to do with it? Is it only slide out and then in, and its finished?
Is there maybe a video showing how to do this? Or a picture step by step?

OK, here we go:

Here's where the screen cable sit in the connector socket

That's the black slider

On both end of the slider you must use some (not metallic) tool or your fingernail for to push the slider out a bit maybe 2 to max 3mm and than you could remove the cable and place back.
While place back, please use one finger on top of the flat cable to fix the position while with the tool or your fingernail you push the slider back inside which will hold the cable in position.
Connect the Batteries and switch the device ON to test the screen is now working.
To remind you: ALL YOU DO IS ON YOUR OWN RISK! YOUR WARRANTY VOID WHILE OPEN UP THE DEVICE.
