Take Screen Shot from Nook Color.

So someone at XDA-Developers figured out how to take a screen shot with the nook color. All you have to do is hold the "N" Key and the "-Vol" Key at the same time, and you will be rewarded with a picture in your screenshots folder, which is viewable in the gallery.Posted Image
