Cheapo M009F from e-bay. Looks like it's an infotmic (according to superoneclick).

Hi

Bit late here, but if it's still of interest I had a Zenithink ZT-280 Z102 "ZePad", just running the ICS beta now.

To be honest, it was an ebay impulse bay - or at least another tab was, but looking around I saw the vast array available. I picked this one for the A9 and GPS, and the Cyanogen 2.3x it had originally included the slatedroid app :-) One way to find a useful site I suppose!

It has it's limitations but also many strengths , especially for the price , and I've no doubt quad core tegra type tabs/pads/slates (what's the difference? just terminology?) will be the standard soon enough around the $100-$150 point. I wish there was a more active community around this tablet but I can't complain.

BTW , not including iPads, Xooms, Galaxy Tabs etc which of the chinese-made "brands" have the best communities and most users? Basically, the one's with more in the way of custom ROMs etc?

Phone wise, have a HTC Hero, Galaxy S2, and Sony Ericcson X10 Mini Pro - and a handful of windows mobile 6ish devices :D
Zenithink ZT-280 Z102 A9 R10 ZePad (among other names...)
[ROM] Zenithink's Official ICS 4.03 Beta (mostly working, some small bugs)
Essentials: ES File Explorer, Titanium Backup, Elixir2, Google Music, Can't decide on a fave vid player, Mobo?
Tablet App: Endgadget Tab, Swiftkey Tablet, Google Currents, Feedly/Pulse...
Tab Gamers: Great Little War Game, and the usual - e.g. the Angrys :-)

Got me an inexpensive (just under $200 delivered from China to the US) Freescale DAWA D9 from Aliexpress (10-incher on an iMX535 1GHz proc. with 1GB RAM); running GB 2.3.3 very neat so far.
I have several related posts, hope to identify the device better and find firmware updates, possibly test ICS on it some day soon.

Thanks everyone for your contributions!

To improve SlateDroid we want to expand it to include as many android tablets on the forum as we can. To do this we need to actually know what android tablets you forum members actually own.

Currently waiting on shipment from China. I picked up a Bmorn v11 Extreme edition. A10 Processor, 1 GB Ram, 16 GB Memory, 5 point capacitive. It is only 7", but that is the best size for playing Snesdroid and other emulators. The best part was the price because it was a DOTD.
